CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-52 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR WELL NO. 6 PUMPING FACILITY. <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Water System Comprehensive Plan, construction of <br />Well House No. 6 is planned to meet City demands; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Engineer, WSB & Associates, Inc., shall perform such services; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to use Trunk Area & Unit funds for all of the cost of the <br />improvements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. WSB & Associates, Inc. is designated as the engineer for this project and is directed <br />to prepare plans and specifications for the Well No. 6 Pumping Facility for a cost not <br />to exceed $155,250. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of June, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
