Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />152 <br />153 6D) Resolution No. 14-71, Approving Plans and Specifications and Authorizing <br />154 Advertisement for Bids for the 2014 Street Overlay Project - City Engineer Hankee gave an <br />155 overview of how roads are chosen for the overlay program (using Cartegraph technology). She <br />156 reviewed a map showing which roads are included for the year. She noted that the budget for this <br />157 year is higher than usual due to previous year's savings. Projects will begin in early September. It <br />158 works out well to have the work done later in the season because prices for the work are generally <br />159 lower. <br />160 <br />161 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 14-71, as presented.
