CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-57 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE ROBINSON DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, Century Farm North Development, Inc. and Jeffrey E. More11, have signed a <br />Petition and Waiver Agreement agreeing to assessments for the Robinson Drive Improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />that WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and are directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the Robinson Drive Improvements. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of July, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
