• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member o' Donnetroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-171 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, <br />GRANDVIEW <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Pine Glen on August 13, 2007, <br />and a Grading Only Development Agreement on August 13, 2007, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development contract, between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes, prior to <br />commencement of site construction activities and final plat approval to insure satisfactory <br />completion of public improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />Development Contract with Royal Oaks Realty, for Grandviewl and authorizes the Mayor and <br />City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the city. <br />Bartell, City /6e i <br />B; geso', Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of October, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Stoltz <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Stoltz, Carlson, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
