• Council Membero'Donnel}ntroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-172 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR GRANDVIEW <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Grandview was approved with Resolution 07 -111 by the <br />City Council on August 13, 2007 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Grandview complies with City requirements and the conditions of <br />Resolution 07 -111 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED t <br />hereby approves the final plat for Grand <br />ATTEST: <br />ell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of October, 2007. <br />the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />Berg song ayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Stoltz, Carlson, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
