November 7, 1979 29 The special meetin g)of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 7:30 P.M., November 7, 1979 by Mayor Karth. Council members present; Kulaszewicz, McLean Schneider, Zelinka. Ansent; None. This meeting had been called for the purpose of canvassing the abllots of the City Election held on November 6, 1979. The votes, as tallied, were as follows: For the office of Mayor, all votes, including absentee and write ins: Kenneth Gourley 429 Paul DeNuccion 345 For the Office of Council members: Ronald J. Jaworski Marilyn Elsenpeter Vernon F. Reinert Jerome Heath Pierre J. Nadeau Write Ins for the Office of Mayor William Bohjanen Glenn Rehbein 379 323 289 308 213 Write Ins for the Office of Council member: Alfred Ross William Bohjanen 1 1 Mr. Schneider moved to approve the figures as presented and to certify the Election of F. Kenneth Gourley for the Office of Mayor; and Mr. Ronald J. Jaworski and Mrs. Marilyn Elsenpeter for the office of Council member. Terms of office to begin January 1, 1980. Seconded by MR. McLean. Motion declard passed with all members voting in favor. The Councl jeld a short discussion on the need for a building inspector by the neginning of 1980. Mr. McLean moved to authorize Mr. Schumacher to begin a search for a building inspector with a salary range from 15/18,000 per year. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion declared passed with all members voting in favor. Mr. Zelinka moved to adjourn at 7:40 P.M. Seconded by MR. McLean. Aye. These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at a regular Council meeting held on November 13, 1979. Edna L.
