90 <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to authorize Mr. Locher to contact the insurance on what <br />information they require within the public domain to determine what sould <br />be sent to the Attorney to include the salary effective at the time of the <br />accident. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. <br />November 13, 1979 <br />On considering the letter from Mr. Henry Suchy stating that he bought 3 <br />pigs in May and 3 in June of 1977, Mr. Locher said this was a pre- <br />existing non - conforming use and therefore he is within the law as long as <br />the number of pigs does not exceed 6. The number of other animals was <br />discussed and the Clerk was instructed to write Mr. Suchy asking for the <br />number of these animals on the property as of August 1977. <br />Mr. Locher presented the accepted and approved contract bid for the in- <br />stallation of the improvements on Black Duck Drive. He asked for authori- <br />zation to have the Clerk and Mayor to sing this contract. Mr. McLean moved <br />to authorize the Mayor and the Clerk- Treasurer to sign the construction <br />contract. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz reported that he had checked with NSP and the lights <br />should be installed in Shenandoah in about 3 weeKs. <br />Under Old Business, Mr. Schneider presented the matter of the long term <br />disability insurance. This cost is approximately $135.00 per month for <br />6 men. Mr. Schneider moved to approve this proposal as presented by Mr. <br />Keeney for Police personnel only. Seconded by MR. Zelinka. Motion de- <br />clared passed. <br />Mr. Scumacher will follow up on this matter. There was no action taken on <br />the shop personnel at this time. <br />Mr. Scucmacher felt there is a problem with the formsused by the banks <br />in issuing the Letters of Credit. He requested Mr. Locher to put to- <br />gether a from that can be used by all contractors. Mr. Zelinka moved <br />to approve this request. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to ratify checks #10087 through and including #10096, <br />and to approve Checks #10097 through and including #10145, with #10090, <br />10101, and 10111 being void. Seconded by Mayor Karth. Motion declared <br />passed. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to approve requisitions #931, 932, and 933. Seconded <br />by Mr. McLean. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. McLean moved to adourn at 10:45 P.M. Seconded by MR. Zelinka.
