Council Member Rafferty <br />20 seconded the motion. Motion adopted upon a unanimous voice vote. <br />21 <br />22 The meeting was conducted as a closed session of the city council pursuant to the Open <br />23 Meeting Law for the purpose of discussing the matter of Trehus v.
