BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES May 12, 2014 <br />DRAFT <br />1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />2 MINUTES <br />3 BOARD OF APPEAL <br />4 <br />5 DATE : May 12, 2014 <br />6 TIME STARTED : 6:15 p.m. <br />7 TIME ENDED : 6:20 p.m. <br />8 MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Member Stoesz, Roeser, Rafferty, <br />9 Kusterman and Mayor Reinert <br />10 MEMBERS ABSENT : none <br />11 <br />12 Staff members present: Community Development Director Michael Grochala; City Clerk Julie Bartell <br />13 <br />14 Anoka County Staff present: Alex Guggenberger, Assessment Compliance Coordinator; Peggy <br />15 Nordrum, Appraiser. <br />16 <br />17 Anoka County Assessment Compliance Coordinator Guggenberger recalled that the Board was <br />18 recessed on April 28, 2014 to allow for review of two properties where a reduction in valuation has <br />19 been requested. He reported that staff has reviewed the valuations for those properties and they are <br />20 now recommending reductions as indicated: <br />21 <br />22 1036 Evergreen Trail (PIN 04- 31 -22 -13 -0011) - Valuation for taxes payable in 2015 reduced from <br />23 $227,400 to $200,200. <br />24 <br />25 6910 Otter Lake Road (PIN 24- 31 -22 -43 -0006) — Valuation for taxes payable in 2015 reduced from <br />26 $607,500 to $594,000. <br />27 <br />28 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the reductions as recommended. Council Member <br />29 Stoesz seconded the motion.
