CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14 -45 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />2014 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform cleaning and repair activities to the City's surface water <br />management system in accordance with the City's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES) permit and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates, City Engineer, have submitted a proposal for the design, <br />contract administration and inspection of such improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the Surface Water Management Project. Staff is hereby <br />authorized to execute the hourly based contract in an amount not exceed $22,500.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of May, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
