• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Membero'Donnel]Introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -181 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE 3 — STREETSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted March 26, 2006, the construction <br />contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 3 — Streetscaping Improvements was awarded <br />to Jay Brothers, Inc, and <br />WHEREAS, construction of the Streetscaping improvements in front of the Lakewood <br />Apartment Building was postponed to allow private construction activities to be completed; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to modifying the contract to revise the completion date for public <br />improvements to October 26, 2007 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1. Change Order No.2, revising the final completion date to October 26, 2007, is hereby <br />approved. <br />Joh Ber•� son, ' ayor �-- <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of October, 2007 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Stoltz, Reinert, Carlson, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
