• <br />• <br />Council Member OC.bnnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -187 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 7 <br />LAKE DRIVE /135W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the City <br />awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to Lunda <br />Construction Company, and <br />WHEREAS, during construction of the median pier, between northbound and southbound I- <br />35W, an existing storm pipe was uncovered that conflicts with the piers, and <br />WHEREAS, the Project Engineer has determined that the existing pipe needs to be abandoned <br />and a new storm pipe jacked under I -35W to maintain the drainage around the new bridge and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No.7, in the amount of $96,766.80, is hereby approved. <br />Ju`ian - Bartell, City )Clerk <br />J.
