• <br />Council MemberReinert introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-194 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 2 (FINAL) 2007 SURFACE WATER <br />MANAGEMENT PROJECTS, OUTFALL CLEANING <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted July 23, 2007, awarding <br />the contract for 2007 Surface Water Management Projects, Outfall Cleaning to Jay <br />Brothers, Inc.; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in attached Payment No. 2 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment No. 2 (Final) in the amount of $822.50, which results in a total project cost of <br />$16,450.00 are approved for the 2007 Surface Water Management Projects, Outfall <br />• Cleaning. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of December, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, Carlson, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
