• Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 07 -206 RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 16 -07 FOR PUBLICATION WHEREAS, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 16 -07, establishing the 2008 Fee Schedule, for first reading on November 23, 2007 and second reading and final passage on December 10, 2007; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16 -07 is lengthy and MN statute 412.191 provides for a city to publish a summary of an ordinance, and WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance, and WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council approves the summary in Attachment A for publication according to state law and the City Charter. Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of December 2007. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Reinert, Stoltz, Carlson, O'Donnell, Bergeson The following voted against same: none • Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
