• <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -212 <br />EXTENDING THE ADOPTION DATE FOR THE 2008 -2012 FIVE YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN <br />Whereas Resolution No. 06 -213, passed by the council on December 18, 2006, <br />establishes a timeline for the preparation, submission and annual adoption of the City's <br />Five Year Financial Plan; and <br />Whereas, said timeline calls for the annual adoption of the Five Year Financial <br />Plan to occur by the end of December; and <br />Whereas, at a work session on November 5, 2007, the City Council determined <br />more time was needed finalize the plan and that the adoption date needed to be <br />extended; and <br />Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />That the date for the council to consider adoption of the 2008 -2012 Five Year <br />Financial Plan is hereby extended to January 28, 2008. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 17th day of December, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Carl son and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />Reinert, Carlson, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />e Bartell, City Cle <br />
