• <br />Council Member Carl Gn„ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -213 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING UPDATED EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes maintains an Emergency Action Plan in accordance <br />with state and federal regulations; and <br />WHEREAS, the Emergency Action Plan has been reviewed and updated; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has continued to train in order to <br />ensure a timely and proper response to emergencies occurring in Lino <br />Lakes; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council members, do <br />hereby accept updated Emergency Management Plan. <br />• <br />Julie Bartell <br />n Be 'fes •�, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 17th day of December, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />MemberReinp -t and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Carlson, Reinert, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
