Mr. Stallberg explained that the engineering costs are based on 10% of the up front costs and 8% of the construction costs. It was also noted that the Coun- ty will participate in the costs ($10,000.00), RCWD ($9,600.00), as well as the developer of Sherwood Green. The Council has al- ready established lot assessments of $500.00 per lot. Mr. Marier moved to adopt Resolution #27 -86 Calling Improvement Hearing - 4th Avenue and waive the reading. Mr. Bohjanen sec- onded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION #27 - 86 A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A HEARING ON 4TH AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, Pursuant to a report being prepared by the City En- gineer with reference to the improvement of 4th Avenue between Main Street and Lilac Street and this report was received by the Council on March 21, 1986. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNE- SOTA: 1. The Council will consider the above described im- provement in accordance with the report of the City Engineer and the assessment of abutting prop- erty for all or a portion of the cost of the im- provement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. 2. Estimated unit price of such improvement is $500.00. The estimated total cost of the pro- ject is $731,137. 3. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed improvement on the 22nd day of September, 1986 in the Council Chambers at the City Hall at 7:15 P.M. The City Clerk shall cause this resolution to be published twice, at least one week apart, in the official newspaper of the City, no less than two weeks prior to the date of said hearings, and in addition thereto, a copy of this resolution shall be mailed to each benefited property owner at their last known address at least two weeks prior to the date of the hearing. 1 1
