Receiving Report and Calling Hearing - West Shadow Lake Drive <br />(7th Avenue) Resolution *20-86, September 22, 1986, 9:15 P.M. - <br />Mr. Marier moved to adopt Resolution #20 -86 and waive the reading. <br />Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. <br />Stallberg presented the feasibility report to the Council. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION #20 - 86 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON WEST SHADOW LAKE DRIVE (7TH AVENUE) <br />PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT. <br />WHERES, <br />Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July <br />14, 1986, a report has been prepared by Toltz, King, <br />Duvall, Anderson and Associates with reference to the <br />improvement of West Shadow Lake Drive (7th Avenue) <br />starting 685 feet north of Birch Street (County #10) <br />and continuing north a distance of 3,800 feet and <br />this report was received by the Council on August 11, <br />1986. <br />
