176
COUNCIL MEETING
August 25, 1986
Page Eight
County State -Aid Highway No. 14 within the limits of
the City of Lino Lakes as a State Aid Project have
been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That said plans be approved subject to revisions as
outlined in the Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and As-
sociates letter dated August 22, 1986.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, this 25th day of August,
1986.
Marilyn S. Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer
B. Receiving Report and Calling Improvement Hearing - Main Street
(Anoka County Project) Resolution *31-86, October 13, 1986 - Mr.
Reinert asked if Mr. Schumacher could project when the City's
State Aid account would be broke. Mr. Schumacher estimated two
to three years because there are already three state aid projects
(80th Street, 4th Avenue, West Shadow Lake Drive) to be totally
paid by State Aid funds. Mr. Marier disagreed and stated that
more funds are being received each year. Mr.Stallberg noted there
are some expenses on the 4th Avenue project not covered by State
Aid funding and the Council should address a policy on payment of
these expenses. Mr. Reinert asked that a long range program be
looked at.
Mr. Marier moved to set the improvement hearing for October 13, 1986
at 7:30 P.M. and adopt Resolution *31 -86. Mr. Bisel seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
