Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, and to certify in each . year <br />41, thereafter the amount by which the original assessed value has in- <br />creased or decreased in accordance with the Act; and the City Admin- <br />istrator is authorized and directed to forthwith transmit this request <br />to the County Auditor in such form and content as the Auditor may <br />specify, together with a list of all properties within Housing Dis- <br />trict No. 1 -1 for which building permits have been issued during the <br />18 months immediately preceeding the adoption of this Resolution. <br />Section 6. Filing. <br />The City Administrator is further authorized and directed to file <br />a copy of the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Housing District No. 1 -1 <br />with the Minnesota Energy and Economic Development Authority. <br />Section 7. Administration. <br />The administration of Development District No. 1 shall continue <br />to be assigned to the City Administrator who shall from time to time <br />be granted such powers and duties pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec- <br />tions 472A.09 and 472A.10 as the City Council may deem appropriate. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Bohjanen, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof; Bohjanen, Bisel, Reinert, Benson. <br />411 and the following voted against the same: Marier: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />and was signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Administrator. <br />Dated: January 26, 1987. <br />Attest: <br />City Administrator <br />• <br />
