• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution #03 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES IMPROVEMENTS <br />AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, purusant to resolution of the Council adopted November <br />24, 1986, a report has been prepared by Toltz, King, <br />Duvall Anderson and Associates with reference to the <br />improvement of Reshanau Lake Estates by installing <br />roads, municipal water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, <br />and curbs and gutters, and this report was received <br />by the Council on February 9, 1987. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in ac- <br />cordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes <br />City Charter. <br />2. The estimated unit price of such improvement is $10,860.00. <br />The estimated total cost of the project is $1,064,240.00. <br />3. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed improvement on the <br />9th day of March, 1987 in the Council Chambers at the City <br />Hall at 7:30 P.M. The City Clerk shall cause this resolution <br />to be published twice, at least one week apart, in the official <br />newspaper of the City, no less than two weeks prior to the date <br />of said hearings, and in addition thereto, a copy of this resolu- <br />tion shall be mailed to each benefited property owner at their <br />last known address at least two weeks prior to the date of the <br />hearing. <br />Adopted by the Council this 9th day of .ry, 1987. <br />• $j- <br />Marlyn G.
