• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 - 87 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVE- <br />MENT. <br />WHEREAS, It is proposed to conduct the following described improve- <br />ment; <br />Installation of an elevated water storage tank and trunk <br />water main for Lakes Additions, Ericksons Second Addition, <br />South Reshanau Lake Estates and adjacent areas. <br />And to assess the benefited property for all of or a por- <br />tion of the costs of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter <br />8 of the Lino Lakes Home Rule Charter; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City En- <br />gineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether <br />it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated costs therefor which shall be set out <br />both in unit price and in total. <br />1987. <br />M <br />Adopted by the Council this <br />day o <br />yn GJ Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />
