• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 06 - 87 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON D. ERICKSON 2ND ADDITION SUB- <br />DIVISION AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November <br />24, 1986 with reference to the improvement of the north- <br />east 4 of the southeast 4 of Section 28, Township 31, <br />Range 22, City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />and this report was received by the Council on March <br />9, 1987, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such <br />subdivision in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of benefited property for all or a port- <br />ion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes <br />City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $928,720.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im- <br />provement on the 13th day of April, 1987 in the <br />Council Chambers of the city hall at 7:30 P.M. <br />and the Clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and improvement as re- <br />quired by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, this 9th day of March, <br />1987. <br />enjami► G.
