• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 07 - 87 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON ELEVATED STORAGE TANK AND WATER <br />MAIN SYSTEM AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted February 9, <br />1987 with reference to the installation of an elevated <br />water storage tank and truck water main for Lakes Add- <br />itions, Erickson's Second Addition, South Reshanau <br />Lake Estates and adjacent areas and this report was <br />received by the Council on March 9, 1987, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such <br />facilities in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of benefited property for all or a port- <br />ion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes <br />City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $ 618,260.00 <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 13th day of April, 1987 in the <br />Council Chambers of the city hall at 8:30 P.M. <br />and the Clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and improvement as re- <br />quired by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, this 9th day of March, <br />1987. <br />0 <br />Mari <br />yn G.
