• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 12 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR MUNICIPAL <br />WATER AND SANITARY SEWER FOR CERTAIN RESIDENTS ON ASH STREET (EXTENSION <br />OF SHOREVIEW UTILITIES) <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 27th <br />day of December, 1984, fixed a date for a Council <br />hearing on the following described improvement: <br />Extension of Shoreview sanitary sewer and municipal <br />water to 165 Ash Street, 185 Ash Street, 205 Ash Street, <br />225 Ash Street and 245 Ash Street and 255 Ash Street. <br />AND WHEREAS, published and mailed notice of the hearing as required <br />by the Lino Lakes City Charter was given and a hearing <br />was held thereon on the 28th day of January, 1985, at <br />which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />AND WHEREAS, a period of (60) days has elapsed after the public <br />hearing and no petitions have been filed against the <br />improvement as provided by in Section 8.04, Subd. 1 <br />of Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />• AND WHEREAS, the above described property owners have signed a <br />petition waiving the right to a second public hearing <br />and requirement for the 60 day waiting period. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUJNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted the 27th day of December, <br />1984. <br />2. Mr. Ron Stahlberg of TKDA is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement.
