• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 15 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR IMPROVE- <br />MENT OF SOUTH RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 9th <br />day of February, 1987, fixed a date for Council hear- <br />ing on the following described improvement: <br />Installation of municipal water, sanitary sewer, streets, <br />curbs, gutters and storm sewers on property described <br />as follows; the southeast 4 of the southeast 4 of Sect- <br />ion 29, Township 31, Range 22 and the northeast 4 of <br />the northeast 4 of Section 32, Township 31, Range 22, <br />City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />AND WHEREAS, published and mailed notice of the hearing as required <br />by the Lino Lakes City Charter was given and a hearing <br />was held thereon on the 9th day of March, 1987 at which <br />all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportun- <br />ity -to be-heard thereon. <br />• AND WHEREAS, the petitioner for the improvement has again pet- <br />itioned that fifty (50) of the sixty (60) days wait- <br />ing period required in Section 8.04, Subd. 1 of Chap- <br />ter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter, be reduced to <br />ten (10) days. <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES: <br />1. <br />Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted the 9th gay of February, <br />1987. <br />2. Mr. Ron Stahlberg of TKDA is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans <br />and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day <br />of April, 1987. <br />Marilyn G.
