• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 17 - 87 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />OF ASH STREET EAST <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March <br />23, 1987 with reference to the improvement of East Ash Street be- <br />tween Foxtail Drive and Arborlane Court (Sergeant Court), and this <br />report was received by the Council on April 13, 1987. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in <br />accordance with the report and assessment of benefited property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes <br />City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$79,300. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on the eleventh day of May, 1987 in the council chambers of <br />the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed <br />and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 13th day of April, 1987. <br />Benjamin /O.
