• CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 24 - 87 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS, SOUTH RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on April 13, 1987, the City Engineer, Ron Stahlberg has prepared plans and specifications for the im- provement of South Reshanau Lake Estates described as follows: The southeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 31, Range 22 and the northeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 31, Range 22, City of Lino Lakes, County of Anoka, Minnesota, and Mr. Stahlberg has presented such plans and spec- ifications to the Council for approval; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA; 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in- serted in the official paper an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The ad- vertisement shall be published once, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the Clerk until 10:00 A.M. on June 26, 1987 which time they will be publicly opened in the council chamber of the city hall by the City Clerk and City Engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be con- sidered by the Council at 7:00 P.M. on July 13, 1987, in the council chamber. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during consideration of the bid will be given an opportunity to address the Council on the issue of responsibility. No bids will be con- sidered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for 5% of the amount of such bid. Adopted by the Lino Lakes Council this 26th day of May, 1987.
