Amendment. Mr. Marier seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Status Report - Roland Ford - Mr. Kluegel noted that he has had <br />another complaint signed by the County Judge against Mr. Ford. He <br />also noted that the County Attorney will also be filing a formal <br />complaint. <br />Metropolitan Council Comprehensive Plan Review - Mr. Schumacher said <br />he has met with Metro Council representatives and they are not in <br />agreement with the proposed Comprehensive Plan Update. Metro is <br />continuing to require one dwelling unit per ten acres. They are not <br />going to change their position on one acre and two and one half acre <br />lots. It was pointed out to them that their representative attended <br />several meetings where this issue was discussed and he did not see a <br />problem at that time.
