1 <br />1 <br />189 <br />COUNCIL: MEETING JULY 27, 1987 <br />Mr. Mariner noted that this Council took a considerable amount of time <br />to negotiate a franchise with Circle Pines that will now produce some <br />revenue for Lino Lakes and suggested that any change in the North <br />Central franchise he handled in the same manner. Mayor Benson also <br />felt that any revision in the franchise should be studied in the same <br />manner as the Circle Pines franchise. <br />After further discussion, Mr. Bisel moved to consider North Central's <br />request at the time the franchise expires. Mr. Marier seconded the <br />motion.
