Impound fees would have been one means of financing this <br />contract. However, Knollton has ceased operation and now so has Lake <br />Animal Care. There was discussion regarding the bookkeeping this <br />Ordinance would require and also of .placing a time limit in the <br />Ordinance indicating that this procedure would be on a calendar basis <br />After further discussion Mr. Biseh moved to approve the second readiri) <br />of Ordinance No. 11 87 and add the following phrase; "occurring in <br />one calendar year ".
