• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 56 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION RATIFYING ACTIONS TAKEN WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota (City) as follows: <br />1. It is hereby determined that: <br />(a) the following assessable public improvements (the <br />Improvements) will be financed through the iss- <br />uance and sale of the City's $1,650,000 General <br />Obligation Temporary Improvement Bonds, Series <br />1987A, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429 (Act) and the City's <br />home rule charter (Charter): <br />Improvements <br />1) South Reshanau Lake Estates (Uhde) <br />2) D. Erickson's 2nd Addition <br />3) Trunk Water Improvements <br />4) 4th Avenue Improvements <br />5) North Road <br />6) Deer Pass Trail <br />(b) that certain actions have been taken by <br />the City with respect to ordering the <br />Improvements in substantial accordance <br />with the Charter. <br />(c) that the City has been advised by bond <br />counsel that a second public hearing on <br />the Improvements must be held prior to <br />the delivery of the Bonds. <br />(d) that a public hearing after duly pub- <br />lished notice in accordance with the <br />charter was held on September 28, 1987, <br />with respect to the Improvements. <br />2. The City Council hereby affirms and ratifies all act- <br />ions taken with respect to the Improvements and hereby <br />orders and re- orders the Improvements. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />presented by Council Member Bisel who moved its adoption, <br />the reading of which had been dispensed with by unanimous <br />consent. The motion was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Bohjanen and upon vote being taken thereon the following <br />
