Improvements <br />1) South Reshanau Lake Estates (Uhde) <br />2) D. Erickson's 2nd Addition <br />3) Trunk Water Improvements <br />4) 4th Avenue Improvements <br />5) North Road <br />6) Deer Pass Trail <br />(b) that certain actions have been taken by the City with <br />respect to ordering the Improvements in substantial <br />accordance with the Charter. <br />(c) that the City has been advised by bond counsel that a <br />second public hearing on the Improvements must be held <br />prior to the delivery of the Bonds. <br />(d) that a public hearing after duly published notice in <br />accordance with the charter was held on <br />, 1987, with respect to the Improve-, <br />ments. <br />2. The City Council hereby affirms and ratifies all actions <br />taken with respect to the Improvements and hereby orders and re- orders <br />the Improvements. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon the following members voted in favor of the motion: <br />and the following voted against: <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
