• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 59 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF SHENANDOAH PARK. <br />WHEREAS: the previously platted Shenandoah Park is not large:- enough <br />to contain the facilities needed for the Shenandoah area, and <br />WHEREAS: the City has obtained title to a larger parcel of pr operty for <br />park purposes in the Shenandoah area, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public hearing be set or Monday, October 26, 1987 at 7:45 <br />P.M. to consider vacating the former Shenandoah Park located south <br />of Arrowhead Drive and east of Totem Trail. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 28th day of September, 1987. <br />Benjamin G /Benson, ayor <br />&A-tic <br />Mari yn G.
