• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 64 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF A PORTION <br />OF LA MOTTE PARK. <br />WHEREAS: the Planning and Zoning Board and Park Board have <br />received a request for development of land adjac- <br />ent to LaMotte Park and this request includes the <br />additional request for use of a portion of LaMotte <br />Park for street purposes and the subsequent ded- <br />ication of additional lands to be added to LaMotte <br />Park, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public hearing on this matter be set for <br />Monday, November 23, 1987 at 7:30 P.M. to consider <br />the vacation of a portion of LaMotte Park. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of October, <br />1987. <br />Benjamin G.
