• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68 •87 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE VACATION OF A POR- <br />TION OF STORM WATER DETENTION BASINS <br />WHEREAS: a request has been received from Bradley P. Racutt, <br />owner of Lots 12 and 13, Block 2, Lakeview Woodlands <br />to reduce the size of the storm water detention basin <br />on each lot so that there will be access to the rear <br />of the lots for construction of new houses, and <br />. WHEREAS: Merila and Associates, Inc. have redesigned detention <br />basins for each lot and this design has been approved <br />by Rice Creek Watershed District and Mr. Ron Stahlberg <br />City Engineer, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />That a public hearing be set for Monday, December 28, <br />1987 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the vacation of the above <br />described easements. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of November, <br />1987. <br />Ma <br />• <br />ilyn G.
