• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF FAWN LANE, LINO LAKES, MINN- <br />ESOTA. <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS, <br />G. M. Development, Inc. developer of Reshanau Lake <br />Estates South has requested that a portion of Fawn <br />Lane be vacated as shown on the attached map, and <br />The portion of Fawn Lane indicated on the map has <br />been reviewed by the City Engineer and the City <br />Public Works Director and no adverse future problems <br />were noted, and <br />A public hearing was held on December 14, 1987 before <br />the City Council in the City Hall after due published <br />and posted notice had been given by the Clerk on <br />November 23rd and November 30th and all persons <br />interested were given an opportunity to be heard; <br />and, <br />it appears that it will be for the best interest <br />of the City to vacate such portion of Fawn Lane, <br />and <br />four fifths of all the members of the Council <br />concur in this resolution, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the portion of Fawn Lane <br />shown on the attached map is hereby vacated. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day <br />of December, 1987. <br />mad <br />:J- njami�G.
