• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER THE BALANCE OF FUND FROM THE <br />77 - 01 IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND TO GENERAL FUND AND CLOSE THE 77 - 01 IMPROVEMENT <br />BOND FUND PERMANENTLY. <br />WHEREAS, There exists a balance of $17,060.39 in the 77 - 01 Improvment Bond <br />Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, The 1977 Improvmement.Bond have been entirely retired and no further <br />expenditure is anticipated, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, <br />That the Lino Lakes City Clerk be authorized to transfer from the 77 - 01 <br />Improvement Bond Fund the balance of $17,060.39 to the General Fund and <br />permanently close the 77 - 01 Improvement Bond Fund. <br />.
