He was concerned because the City is <br />issuing building permits on a street that has not been completed <br />to City specification and the additional traffic will cause <br />deterioration at a further rate. He asked the Council to take <br />under advisement and consider bringing Deer Pass Trail up to City <br />standards before additional permits are issued and to allow credit <br />to him and the Jankers property for the money they have already <br />expended for the street. <br />Mayor Benson asked that the Clerk provide the Council with all <br />Council minutes referring to Deer Pass Trail and make this an <br />agenda item for October 27,- _1986. Mr. Prokop is to be advised <br />as to where this will appear on the agenda. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #45 - 86, MAINTENANCE <br />AND UPGRADING OF PINE STREET <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adopt Resolution #54 - 86 and dispense with the <br />reading.. Mr. Marier seconded the motion. <br />Mayor Benson asked Mr. Volk if this is a Resolution this City can <br />live with. Mr. Volk said yes, he had drafted portions of it to <br />insure his standards are met. <br />Voting on the motion; motion carried unanimously. <br />JOINT RESOLUTION <br />TOWN OF COLUMBUS - CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADING OF PINE STREET <br />COLUMBUS RESOLUTION NUMBER 86 - 18 <br />LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NUMBER 45 - 86 <br />WHEREAS, the Township of Columbus and the City of Lino Lakes <br />will jointly maintain the entire length of Pine Street and; <br />WHEREAS, all costs incurred involving upgrading and /or main- <br />tenance will be equally shared by both the Township of Columbus and <br />the City of Lino Lakes and; <br />WHEREAS, any upgrading and /or maintenance planned shall be <br />equally agreed upon by the Public Works Department Heads, from <br />each municipal entity, before construction and; <br />WHEREAS, grading roadway in the summer months will take place <br />as follows: Township of Columbus first year (1987), City of Lino <br />Lakes the following year, and continuously alternating yearly there <br />after and; <br />033 <br />
