COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 24, 1986 <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br />resolution adopted the 25th day of August, 1986. <br />2. Ronald Stahlbera, Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates <br />and Jon Olsen, Anoka County Engineer are hereby designated as <br />the engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans <br />and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of November, <br />1986. <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />Presentation of Feasibility Report - Deer Pass Trail - Resolution <br />#58 -86. Mr. Stahlberg outlined this area using the overhead pro- <br />jector. It is a feasible project with the landowners who previously <br />invested money in the street getting credit for their investment. <br />Mrs. LaBuda questioned if it was reasonable to further upgrade this <br />street when streets leading to Deer Pass Trail are in greater need <br />of upgrading. Mr. Stahlberg explained that this will be addressed <br />at the public hearing. <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve Resolution #58 -86 and set the•public <br />hearing for January 12, 1987 at 7:30 P.M. Mr. Bohjanen seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 58 - 86 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />FOR DEER PASS TRAIL. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Council adopted the 27th <br />day of October, 1986, a report has been prepared by <br />the City Engineer with reference to the following <br />described improvement: <br />Upgrade the entire length of Deer Pass Trail to cur- <br />rent City standards. Lots 18 through 28 of Otter Lake <br />Hills are lots affected by this Resolution. <br />1 <br />
