Mr. <br />Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF 74TH STREET <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />on September 14, 1987, a report has been pre - <br />pared by City Engineer, Ron Stahlberg with re- <br />ference to the improvement of a portion of 74th <br />Street all within the north 1/2 of Section 18, <br />Township 31, Range 22, and this report was re- <br />ceived by the Council on December 28, 1987. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such <br />street in accordance with the report and the assess- <br />ment of benefited property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the City Charter <br />at an estimated cost of the improvement of $80,330.00. <br />2.
