The council has made a careful consideration of the matter and he believes that the settlement <br />139 is the correct direction. <br />140 <br />141 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 121 as presented. Council Member <br />142 Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />143 <br />144 6D) Resolution No. 14-122, Ordering Improvement, Accepting Bids and Awarding a <br />145 Construction Contract for the NorthPointe Street and Utility Improvements — City Engineer <br />146 Hankee reviewed the written staff report. The bid results are included in the report. Council <br />147 Member Kusterman noted that the low bid is quite a lot lower than the others; is that any cause for <br />148 concern? Ms. Hanke indicated that her company has worked with the low bid firm before and there <br />149 have been no problems.
