CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-125 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT WATER <br />AND SEWER UTILITY CHARGES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 2014 PROPERTY <br />TAXES PAYABLE IN 2015 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 401.29 and Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk has <br />prepared a list of properties having delinquent water and sewer charges to be certified <br />to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 2014 property taxes, payable in <br />2015, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of such certification was mailed to affected property owners, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has met to consider the certification of such delinquent water and <br />sewer charges. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />the Clerk is hereby authorized to certify the delinquent water and sewer charges as indicated on the <br />attached listing to the Anoka County Auditor to be collected with the 2014 property taxes, payable <br />in 2015 at an interest rate of 8.00% per annum. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of October, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
