COUNCIL WORK SESSION MARCH 14, 1988 <br />Training Langauge <br />Training Classes and Sem- <br />inars Must be Approved By <br />Supervisor. <br />Vacation Same as 1987 Contract <br />Floating Holiday Not Added <br />This matter will come before the Council at the Regular <br />Council meeting tonight under New Business. <br />Assesser - Gregg Johnson <br />Mr. Schumacher explained that Mr. Johnson has been elected <br />to the Town Board in his community and their first meeting <br />is tonight and therefore he will not be here to explain his <br />proposals. <br />Mr. Johnson has reviewed the Assessors position and has <br />prepared two recommendations for the Council. The <br />recommendations are outlined in Mr. Schumachers memorandum <br />of March 14, 1988. The third recommendation is to contract <br />with Anoka County. Mr. Bisel suggested a fourth <br />recommendation and that is hiring another part time <br />assessor. Mr. Schumacher said he has recently talked to Mr. <br />Gayle Leon at the County Assessors office and he says it is <br />difficult to find qualified appraisers.
