• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE LINO LAKES PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT POLICY DATED JANUARY <br />11, 1988 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has prepared a Comprehensive Land Use Plan <br />and a development plan for the sewer, water and street system, and <br />WHEREAS, The trunk facilities of the sewer and water system will benefit <br />all present and future users of the system, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered methods of financing permanent <br />improvements, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the Public Improvements Financing Policy dated January 11, <br />1988 be hereby adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council. <br />IIIAdopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 11th day of January, 1988. <br />AL C c A ,L, N. <br />Mari l n G.
