CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />• RESOLUTION #04 -88 <br />• <br />• <br />AUTHORIZING LINO LAKES CITY STAFF TO UTILIZE 1988 SOLID WASTE <br />ABATEMENT FUNDS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes is required to impliment a waste <br />abatement program and <br />WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes City Council requests that a study be con- <br />ducted to establish; the goals and objectives of the program, a <br />step by step initiation plan, and a schedule for activation for <br />each procedure of the Solid Waste Abatement Work Plan. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES: <br />1. That the 1988 Solid Waste Abatement Funds for Lino Lakes be <br />used for the establishment of a Solid Waste Abatement Plan <br />outlining an initiation plan, goals and objectives, and a <br />schedule for activating each procedure of the plan. <br />2. That this plan be drafted so as to coincide with the Anoka <br />County Solid Waste Abatement Plan. <br />3. That Anoka County shall assist local staff in the preparation <br />and consistancy of this plan. <br />Passed by the City Council the 11th day of January, 1988. <br />Benjamin G.
