• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF PHASE II, D. <br />ERICKSON'S SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS: it is proposed to improve the second phase of the D. Erickson's <br />2nd Addition subdivision and to assess the benefited property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Ron Stahlberg for <br />study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve- <br />ment, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council of Lino Lakes this twenty second day of February, <br />1988. <br />Marilyn G.
