• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ABATING THE 1988 INSTALLMENT AND ALL FUTURE YEARLY INSTALLMENTS <br />FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND NO. 87 - 01 ON PARCELS DESCRIBED AS 31- 31 -22- <br />0013 AND PIN 31- 31 -22 -43 -0014. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes has met and heard and passed upon <br />this abatement, and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Lino Lakes and the <br />owner to abate the assessment described above on Improvement <br />Project 87 - 01. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. That the 1988 installment, and all installments for future <br />years for Special Assessment Fund No. 1464 on property des- <br />cribed as PIN 31- 31 -22 -43 -0013 and PIN 31- 31 -22 -43 -0014, in- <br />cluding penalties and interest, if any, are hereby abated. <br />2.
