• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT OF PHASE II, <br />D. ERICKSON'S, 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted February 22, <br />1988, a report has been prepared by City Engineer, Ron Stahl - <br />berg with reference to the improvement of Phase II, D. Erick - <br />son's, 2nd Addition, and this report was received by the Council <br />on March 14, 1988. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br />1. <br />• <br />The Council will consider the improvement of such Phase II, D. <br />Erickson's, 2nd Addition in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $530,339.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on <br />the eleventh day of April, 1988 in the Council chambers of the <br />city hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 14th day of March, 1988. <br />Marlyn G.
