• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF PHASE II, RESH- <br />ANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the second phase of Reshanau Lake <br />Estates South and to assess the benefited property for all or <br />a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minn- <br />esota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The proposed improvement be referred to Ronald Stahlberg for <br />study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 14th day of March, 1988. <br />Benjamin G :enson, Mayor <br />Marilyn G. nderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />
